Updated review: I gave a low review as the product I bid on was different than the one I received. The owner immediately contacted me and worked through a satisfying resolution, apologizing for the mix up. He has integrity and I would not hesitate to deal with Royal Estates again.

Great auction house. Comparatively better with shipping and easier to use at a flat rate of $10. Many others on HiBid (Encore, Ruito, etc) can be a bit of a scam or hard to work with, so this company deserves praise. VERY cool stuff for sale too. I won some old coins from the days of the Roman Empire and happy with their quality and packaging 🙂

I recently won a 36″ x 18″ x 72″ steel 2-dr storage cabinet from the auction house and today I went to pick up my item in Brampton, ON. The check-in girls were very nice, friendly and efficient having everything in order. I started following one of them to look for my cabinet but she was intercepted by Sean, who was in charge of this auction. We went to where the cabinet was supposed to be, but it had been apparently moved. Sean and I traversed all 3 floors and the basement of this very large senior residence that was being decommissioned and we just could not find my cabinet. Except for one similar cabinet with some minor damage on it, all the other 6 plus cabinets appeared to have disappeared – someone else had scooped them up!!! In the end, Sean refunded my auction payment, gave me the slightly damaged cabinet we did find, and threw in a slightly smaller Suncast 2-door resin storage cabinet that didn’t seem to be in the auction lots, as a “consolation” for the trouble. We must have spent two hours going through the building floors and a few times got misdirected in some of the wings!!! And he certainly didn’t have to do it either! But he did, and he even moved the two cabinets to my car to load! Golly, gosh darn, but talk about dedicated service! Sean had it in SPADES ♥ Thank you all for the excellent experience and best resolving my issue, even to your loss. I will look forward to bidding in another auction knowing without a doubt that this company’s customer service is beyond top notch!!!

Great customer serivce and the best variety of comic books, sports cards, Pokemon cards along with Gems, Arts and even Vehicles. I don’t go anywhere else for my auction needs. Love buying from these guys as the service is always great !

have yet to experience anything but a professional auction site. I have informed them at times of some minor typing errors swhich is normal and they have changed them with no problem. I gop through every itme in their auctions and normally never find any outstanding problems. If only other auction sites were run as well as Royal Estates then others would do a lot better. I just know that theor auctions will be on my most favorite and honest sites for this.

Outstanding Services – was a user of other sites with much disappointment. Long shipping times and items incorrect. Royal Estate Auctions bills and ships within 48hrs and delivers quickly to my home. Very impressed.
