What currency do you accept?

All prices for HiBid Auctions are in Canadian dollars.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express as a payment method up to $1000. Items purchased with credit card over $1000 will require authentication. For payments over $1000, we accept business check, personal check, wire transfer or cash. The Billing and Shipping address must match or we will request Identification.

Are refunds accepted?

All items purchased from Royal Estate Auctions Ltd. are sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranties. Due diligence is the responsibility of the purchaser.

What locations do you ship to?

We ship all of our items worldwide. We provide in house packaging, shipping and insurance. Our insurance rate is charged at 5% of the value you wish to insure for.

Are there any additional fees?

For items purchased in the auctions, there is a 15% buyer's premium on all winning Hibid bids. There is a 20% buyer's premium on all winning floor and phone bids. There is a 22% buyers premium on all winning Liveauctioneers.com and Invaluable.com bids. All items won in the auctions will have HST added after the buyers premium for all Canadian bidders.
